This is a vest. How to make it: Any shirt, scarf 69, and Any sleeves. (I suggest sleeve 80, 2, 13, 14,  41, or 48 but you can use any) Then make the color of the scarf & sleeves the same color, and the shirt any color you want. There you go!

 If you want some really curly hair but you can't find one, your in the right place. So, you know that back hair that everyone uses for brats? Yeah, back hair number 59? It doesn't look that good at first, but if you adjust it to make it smaller and shorter, it looks really good. You can adjust it however you want.

If you want half of the hair a color and the other half a different color, than make the highlight the color you want on the right side and the main color the color you want on the left. Then, take any back hair, (I suggest back hair 98 for this hack) And Adjust it so its only on the left side. Then take ponytail 29 and Adjust it so its on the other half of the head and you can't see the bow. Then change the ponytail to The color on the right and the Acc color to The color on the right. And there you go!
